Birchwood Automotive Group offers a variety of services, including street rod builds, muscle car and vintage/collector car restoration services, custom fabrication, as well as upgrades, repairs and maintenance for its customers.
Birchwood also offers complete engine service, including rebuilding, upgrading and building of custom engines to meet the customer’s requirements.

Mike Mavrigian, owner of Birchwood Auomotive Group, has served the automotive aftermarket for 30 years. He has written well over 1,000 technical articles and has written seven books. Among his numerous writing awards, Mike also won the coveted nationally-recognized Neal Award for best technical article in 2009. Although experienced in writing technical material on all automotive subjects, Mike specializes in the street performance and racing areas, including engine, brakes, suspension, wheels and tires, threaded fasteners and plumbing.
Most recently, Mike founded and has served as editor and technical writer for Precision Engine magazine, an industry publication that provides technical information for professional performance engine builders (both printed issues and web-based issues). Mike routinely writes technical material for a number of publications, including training material for major auto manufacturers.

The Birchwood operation has prepared approximately fifty specialty vehicles for both corporate and private clients. Corporate clients have included Holley Performance, Porsche Cars North America, Field & Stream magazine, Outdoor Life magazine and a host of automotive aftermarket publications.
